AMA Recap CMC Capital x The Unfettered

On January 31st 2022, we warmly welcome Ms. Laura Cayuela – CMO of The Unfettered to CMC Capital to join our AMA to give the project’s core features and roadmap, as well as to address the community’s concerns regarding the project.

CMC Capital was founded in Q1, 2021, and has been important in the Vietnamese crypto market due to its strong commitment and passion for the crypto world. We have taken the first step ahead by interacting with over +10 investors and seeding over 20 blockchain startups at the time of this report.

CMC Capital’s aim and goal are to exploit DIAMOND IN THE ROAD – previously unknown prospective projects will be exploited; we vote solitude for long- and short-term investment based on democratic voice community.

Part 1: INTRODUCING ABOUT THE UNFETTERED

1. Could you introduce yourself a little bit along with the background of the team so that CMC Capital members could understand better?

Laura: I’m Laura Cayuela, The Unfettered CMO. I have a technology background as ex IBMer and I’ve also worked in the Digital Marketing industry. Currently, I’m working to find the best strategy for the project, so we can spread the word to make our community grow and succeed on the market. 

Our team is composed of very talented people. We have very experienced developers, designers, social media managers, CMs, advisors, among others. That work daily to deliver an excellent product. We’re from different parts of the world, but we always look for ways to work together to make things happen.

2. What is The Unfettered and how does it work?

Laura: The Unfettered is an AA quality Story-based game with play2earn, NFT, free-to-play, and Metaverse concepts. It combines Souls Like and RPG genres as well. And it works like a story mode play. You must level up as you defeat your enemies. Once you defeat them, you’ll collect their souls, and they will become in-game tokens.

Laura: Sure, the plans we have in the short term are, releasing our alpha gameplay reveal trailer, then launching our IDO, and then, at the end of the quarter, we’ll be making public our playable demo.

2. What are your ambitions for worldwide expansion at The Unfettered, and what are you now working on, such as expanding or listing more exchanges, or building your ecosystem, or marketing and partnerships? @huongtrahg

Laura: We’re creating communities all around the world, we’re using the support and knowledge of our partners to achieve good quality communities. We want to spread The Unfettered project as much as we can, and for that, we’re focused on the marketing and partnership side, so we can build a strong and committed audience that becomes the base of our project.

3. The earning system is one of the reasons why NFT games have become so popular recently. Could you please explain to us how we may profit from it? @TrangBi38582217

Laura: Yes, you’ll have to go through the realm in a story mode game, waiting to find your enemies, you’ll have to fight with them and defeat them in order to collect their souls and turn them into in-game tokens. With $SOULS tokens you’ll be able to level up, buy items and equipment, buy lands, upgrade equipment, among others. $SOULS holders will be able to mint them, swap them, or stake them.

4. We can know together There are many types of Play-2-Earn games on the market today. So how is “The unfettered game” different from other multi-chain NFT games? And what innovative solution did “unfettered game” bring to topple its competitors with a similar offering in NFT p2e games? @xs_khan4

Laura: One of The Unfettered visions is to be the bridge between the blockchain industry and gaming industry, we’ve been focusing all of our efforts creating a product with high-quality graphics, a great gaming experience, a gripping story, and adding the model of free-to-play and play-to-earn will really help us stand out on the market. So our difference is that we’re not just focused on the earning side but we want to deliver a great game, so you’ll enjoy playing it while you earn.

5. Many P2E games have dual token systems. But @unfetteredgame has only a single token #SOUL. With 1 token for all features including P2E, players after acquiring them will sell them and will cause token inflation. So how will #SOUL ensure a stable economy and combat token inflation? @crypto_romere

Laura: We have different burning mechanisms to avoid inflation. For example, if you die in combat, some of your tokens will be burned and you’ll have another chance to keep playing. On the Metaverse version, if you use an NPC to repair your weapons you’ll have to use your tokens to pay for repairing it, if you don’t repair it you’ll lose that weapon but also, some tokens will burn. And in case there is a bug problem and a player gets more tokens than he should, the system will detect those anomalies and will burn those tokens. We’re working to create more burning systems in the future.

Part 3: LIVE QUESTIONS

1. Marketing is a central element for every project so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieving the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investors to your platform and keep them long-term?

Laura: We’re using our partner’s support; also, we’re working with very good KOLs that are helping us gather the attention of their communities, always highlighting our advantages on the market and our incredible team’s expertise. And events like AMAs, Giveaways, among others, have helped us grow our audiences. There’s still more to go, but we’re delighted with the process.

2. Can you tell us about some of your partners and with who you plan to collaborate with within the near future?

Laura: We announced last week our incubators that are Icetea Labs and Vendetta Capital, we’re also partners with LoC Games, PolkaCity, Gains, BlockchainSace, and we’ll be announcing the rest of them soon. So stay tuned.

3. What are plans for global expansion? Are you focusing on market at this time or focus on building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?

Laura: We’re planning on building the most significant and most robust community we can; we’re not close to a specific region; we want to reach out to anyone interested in the crypto world and the gaming world. To achieve this, we’re creating content that will attract this type of audience, and also we are working with all of our resources, partners, and influencers.

4. Too many projects promise magic but never release any working product or prove any revenue, Within a short/long time of release. Is your project also like this? If not can u tell us, What makes your project different from other projects?

Laura: The Unfettered team is dedicated 100% to this project. We’re not developing any other game at the same time. All our funds and efforts are in this project, so It’s not even in our minds to abandon it. We trust it, and we believe that the project will make a difference in the industry.

5. What is your strongest advantage that you think will make your team lead the market?

Laura: The focus we’ve had on the playing side of the game. High-quality graphics and great gaming experiences are not very common in the blockchain industry. In The Unfettered, you’ll find those features and the earning side will be a reward for the time you’ve spent enjoying the game. So it’s going to be a win-win
